Experimenting and deconstructing codes and references of pop culture, AS IN PLASTIC reflects and carefully builds its own stylistic language: Words of love, community and solidarity are embedded in noise-infused guitar ostinatos and hypnotic rhythms – a conference of anger, reconciliation, and homecoming all vulnerably nestled together.
Since their founding in 2022, the Group went through several changes in line up as well as changes in naming the project. Arriving on a new plateau, AS IN PLASTIC is the conclusion of a search for and transformation of their artistic identity. A working process formed by dedicated friendships and a strong will to transform and grow collectively. AS IN PLASTICs determined interplay slowly warms the blood to the boiling point yet the voice gives chills like cold, clear water. Unpolished (kraut)-riffs underpin a distinctive voice, directly striking the auditory nerve. Bursts of immediate physicality and moments of calmness collide. While the music still reverberates in the ear canals, questions and answers fade away in the room.

Intimate Manifesto is a longing for more sensitivity, empathy, and subtlety. The songs, written collaboratively by the band, tell stories of roommate empowerment, nonexistent analog photos, slowing down, and well-aged wine. Songs become soundscapes, become songs, become soundscapes. In this interplay, attentive listening speaks just as much of intimacy as the lyrics themselves. The ears glide imperceptibly from one to the other.
Their soundscape consists of saxophone, guitars, synthesizer, drums, voices, effects, and field recordings. Their own mix of amplifier, monitor, and PA determines where and to what extent the sound appears in the space: whether close and small or distant and large. The spectrum ranges from silence to noise, from morning songs to soundscapes.

Two voices, two bodies in interplay. Back to the origin. Sung movements, visualized vocal sounds. In their project «reziprok» Anna Vogt and Michèle Fella explore these aspects. Their bodies, their movements, are inspired by the sound of their voices, while their voices can be changed by movement, touch or posture. This happens in a playful, improvisational exchange between the two performers. Two voices, two bodies become one, move away from each other, complement each other. reziprok.

In her solo project, Michèle Fella layers voice, piano, and effects to create multidimensional dark pop. Slow songs are born, somewhere between acoustic directness and electronic walls. Music to crawl into — in colors that are dark but also hopeful.
The pieces explore both decay and new beginnings — the enduring of transitions. A musical homecoming. A cocoon. A refuge. Sounds in which potted plants convene in secret and dead shrubs blossom one last time. In imaginary caves, they dance against the cold and befriend the wolves.
HUGS FOR FREE is Michèle Fella (voc, fx) and Lennart Schandl (b, fx). They focus on the unpredictable, the intuitive, the unfiltered, and experiment with the combination of acoustic sounds and electronic effects, sometimes delicate, sometimes brutal and raw. HUGS FOR FREE is a collection of moments arising from free, spontaneous impulses – each piece a little story. With only a few shared references, they went into the studio in 2024. The music was created in the moment: in the joint exploration of their own language and in the little surprises. In the spring of 2026, the two will present this miniature album. They play live improvisations in miniature form, strung together for performances.
